Electrical Installation Condition Reports

HRF Group Ltd can offer electrical condition reports. Within this, we can offer:

• Electrical Testing to BS7671.

   In accordance with BS7671 HRF Group Ltd test all electrical installations to ensure they are safely installed.

• Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to Electricity at Work Regulations 1989

  Portable appliance testing (PAT) is used to test electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing.

• Inferred Thermal Imaging Non-Destructive Testing - engineers qualified and registered with BINDT PCN Condition Monitoring.

  Thermography is a tool for used by HRF Group Ltd for recording nearest surface temperatures. The HRF Group Ltd engineers are able right object parameters for the given situation to assess the inspection and apply the correct thermographic technique. These parameters include emissivity, ambient and t-refl temperatures, distance and humidity.
