CABLE CONTAINMENT

Whether it is under the floor, suspended from the ceiling or at rack height HRF Group Ltd has a cable containment solution for you. We can provide basket tray, ladder rack, trunking and conduit containment for any situation. We are also able to provide bespoke powder coating colours and sizes upon requested.

We have extensive knowledge of Defem, Cablofil, Marko and Vantrunk systems with the skills to adapt to any other brand specified by our customers.

ELECTRICAL TESTING

At HRF Group Ltd, we are able to provide a full range of testing to C&G 2391 certification in accordance with IEE 7671. These services include the provision of electronic test certificates and our testing services cover:

• Installation testing
• Periodic inspections
• Fault finding

All of our operatives use regularly calibrated and certified test equipment and we provide our customers with comprehensive readings that are set out on approved documentation.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORTS

HRF Group Ltd, can offer electrical condition reports. Within this we can offer:

• Electrical Testing to BS7671.

   In accordance with BS7671 HRF Group Ltd tests all electrical installations to ensure they are safely installed.

• Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to Electricity at Work Regulations 1989

  Portable appliance testing (PAT) is used to test electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing.

• Inferred Thermal Imaging Non-Destructive Testing - engineers qualified and registered with BINDT PCN Condition Monitoring.

  Thermography is a tool used by HRF Group Ltd for recording nearest surface temperatures. The HRF Group Ltd engineers are able right object parameters for the given situation to assess the inspection and apply the correct thermographic technique. These parameters include emissivity, ambient and t-refl temperatures, distance and humidity.
